COMPETITION TERMS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1 Promoter<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1.4 GBWinnings Ltd \u2013 the \u2018Promoter\u2019 operates competitions, with the allocation of the promoted \u2018prize(s)\u2019 for the \u2018winner(s)\u2019 at the conclusion of each competition, in accordance with the terms and conditions here within.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Competitions<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

2.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions as listed on the Promoters website at, <\/span>http:\/\/www.GBWinnings.co.uk<\/span><\/a> (the \u2018Website\u2019)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 For each competition the promoter will set a skill-based question to solve (the \u2018competition question\u2019), which must be answered correctly to enable you the (\u2018Entrant\u2019) to participate in the competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 Each competition has an entry fee payable for each time you enter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4 All promoted competitions from the promoter will have a \u2018start\u2019 and \u2018end\u2019 \u2018date\u2019 and \u2018time\u2019. The time will be set using Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) London.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5 The promoter reserves the right to change the start and end time and or date of any competition should it become necessary to do so. If such a change is necessary, a new start and end will be promoted on the website.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6 All competition entries, including postal entries, must be received before the end date and time of the promoted competition. All entries received after the end date and time will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.7 There will be a maximum number of tickets available for each competition, this number will be displayed on the website. The number of entries the entrant can make may also be limited, on a competition-to-competition basis.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.8 All entries, including postal entries must be submitted in English written language, any entries received which are not in English written language will not be accepted, they will be disqualified, and no refunds will be given.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.9 Once accepted, each entry will be allocated a ticket number(s) which will be sent via email to the entrant.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.10 Entries that are not successfully completed or have been lost or delayed in the post regardless of circumstances, for example, but not limited to technical issues, server failure, internet problems, satellite, computer hardware etc, will not be accepted and the promoter does not take any responsibility for an incomplete entry.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.11 By submitting a competition entry, completing the skill-based question and paying for a ticket(s) the entrant has entered a contract with the promoter and is thus agreeing to be bound to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Entering the competition<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

3.1 To enter a competition, the entrant must do the following:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to the website, select the competition you are interested in, and complete the question by selecting the correct answer from the choices given.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Complete the checkout process by submitting the form online and completing the payment, once completed you will receive an email confirmation with your competition ticket numbers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3.2 You may enter the competition for free by following these steps.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    By Post – You will need to send a postal entry via first of second-class post.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Only one \u2018ticket\u2019 per postal entry<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You must include the following information:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      1. Your full name.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Your address.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. A contact telephone number and email address.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. The name of your chosen competition, and your answer to the Competition Question. The answer must be correct for the entry to count.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Incomplete\/illegible entries will be disqualified.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for any lost, missing, late or incomplete entries. Entries must have arrived with the Promoter before the competition end date and time.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. You may post as many free entries as you wish, so long as it does not exceed the number of entry tickets list per person for each competition. Each additional postal entry must be sent separately, the promoter will not accept multiple entries in one envelope. If a bulk entry is received it will be counted as a single entry.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. By entering, you are accepting that you’re eligible to enter and are accepting the terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. If your free postal entry arrives after all tickets have been sold, your entry will be placed in another random competition.<\/span><\/li>\n
      10. All entries sent by post must meet the above criteria to be accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n
      11. Entrants who enter by post must have a registered account on the website for the order to be processed, and the information provided in the postal entry must match the information submitted on the website, so the entrants ticket number can be emailed out. Any entries received from people who are not registered on the website will not be accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4 Eligibility and winners<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

        4.1 All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen using Google Random Number Generator computer. The random draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the competition Closing Date and Time (Draw Date & Time).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.2 All entrants ticket numbers will be placed into a spreadsheet, If there is a live draw taking place all the numbers will be displayed, no names will be shown. You will be contacted after the draw to inform you if you have won a prize either by phone or email.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.3 These competitions are only open to residents of the United Kingdom who must be aged 18 years and over.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.4 By Entering the competition you confirm you are eligible to do so and are eligible to accept any prize you may win. Proof of eligibility may be required, including a valid I.D. such as passport to prove age.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.5 All draws operated by the Promoter on its Website to win Prizes are referred to respectively as the \u2018Competition\u2019 or \u2018Competitions\u2019 in these Terms and Conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.6 Multiple Competitions may be operated at the same time by the Promoter and each Competition will have a specific Prize, all as set out in Clause 7 below.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.7 Availability and pricing of Competitions is at the discretion of the Promoter and will be specified on the Website. Each Competition has a free entry route available as well as a paid entry route.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.8 The availability of a free entry route to enter each Competition means that Competitions do not fall within the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and can be operated legally in Great Britain without any need for a license.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4.9 Each Competition will run for the period specified. The Website page for each Competition will show details of start and end dates (\u2018Promotion Period(s)\u2019).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Eligibility<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

        Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom except employees of the Promoter or any person connected with the Promoter (through family) who are prohibited from participating in Competitions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        By entering a Competition, the entrant (\u2018Entrant\u2019, \u2018you\u2019, \u2018your(s)\u2019 and\/or \u2018Customer\u2019) will be deemed to have the legal capacity to enter it, have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any of the Promoter\u2019s related promotional material on the Website.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        By participating in a Competition either online via the Website or by postal entry, you hereby confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any Entrant entering any of our Competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a customer’s entry into a Competition at the Promoter\u2019s own discretion.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        All Competitions are governed by English law and all and\/or any matters or disputes relating to the Competition will be dealt with and\/or resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5 Entry Process<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

        5.1 To enter any Competition, you must first create an account on the website. To register an account online you will be asked to provide an email address and create a password. You must then either (i) submit entry online on the Website or (ii) send a postal entry to the Promoter. In both cases the entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period for the Competition you wish to enter, as stated on the Website. All Entrants must confirm when registering that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.2 All Entrants must provide their contact details to the Promoter including:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Full name<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Email address<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Postal address<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Contact telephone number; (\u2018Contact Details\u2019).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Contact Details will be used to confirm an Entry, to notify the Winner if they have won a Prize, (with specific consent) to post the winner\u2019s name and location on the website as a winner and in any other way set out in our Privacy Policy on the website.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.3 Online Entries – When playing a Competition on the website, you must follow the on-screen instructions to: select the Competition you wish to enter and, when you are ready to purchase your ticket(s) to the Competition, provide your contact and payment details. You will need to check your details carefully and tick the declaration confirming you have read and understood the Competition Terms and Conditions. Once you have purchased your Tickets, to play the relevant Competition, chosen and your payment has cleared, we will then contact you by email to confirm your entry into the Competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.4 Postal Entries – When playing a Competition via a postal entry, (other than the cost of pre-paid postage) entering is free. All Entrants must specify which Competition they wish to enter and provide their Contact Details to the Promoter by post to the following address: GBWinnings Ltd, U<\/span>nit A<\/span>, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE. First or second-class pre-paid postage must be paid for each such Entry (\u2018Postal Entry\/Postal Entries\u2019). Bulk entries (within the same envelope) will not be accepted. Postal entries will not be accepted directly through the letterbox. Multiple Postal Entries are permitted per Competition for each registered account (one entry per envelope), subject to any limit on paid entrants as shown on the Competition entry page.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.5 All Entries, whether an Online Entry or a Postal Entry, must arrive by the end of the Promotion Period for a Competition. For all Competitions, a random number in the draw will be allocated to each Postal Entry by the Promoter. All Postal Entries will be treated in the exact same way as paid Online Entries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.6 Please note that whether submitting an Online Entry and\/or a Postal Entry, you will not be deemed entered into the Competition until we confirm your Entry, which can be confirmed in your account when you login or we may send you an email confirming it (and any such entry referred to herein as an \u2018Entry\u2019 or \u2018Entries\u2019).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.7 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an Entry or disqualify any incomplete Entry, if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.8 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an Entry if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant\u2019s conduct might be contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition, including conduct that might be abusive or racist or where an Entrant has posted, or is likely to post, defamatory comments about the Promoter or the Competition on the Website or elsewhere on social media.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.9 All Entries are final and no refunds will be made at any time, unless the Promoter cancels a Competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5.10 Postal Entries will be processed daily. If a competition has sold out, the Website will state that it has sold out and then no further Entries (either paid or postal) will be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

        6 Selecting a Prize Winner<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        6.1 A verifiably random process will be used by the Promoter to determine the winner of each Competition\u2019s Prize (referred to as the \u2018Prize Winner(s)\u2019). The number of Entrants for a Competition will determine how many numbers are entered into the random draw. The result will be live streamed on a live social media channel as the Promoter chooses and states on the Website).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.2 In the event of any technical or IT malfunction in relation to the selection of a Prize winner, the Promoter, at its absolute discretion, shall be entitled to stop a draw and to repeat the draw process.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.3 Due to the nature of the selection, there will only be one Prize Winner per Competition, unless the Promoter states otherwise on the Website. The Promoter\u2019s decision is final regarding any aspect of the Competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.4 The Promoter will attempt to contact Prize Winners of Competitions using the Contact Details provided at the time of Entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in the Promoter\u2019s database. Entrants must carefully check their Contact Details have been recorded correctly. It is the Entrant\u2019s responsibility to ensure that these Contact Details are accurate, up to date and complete. If for any reason the Contact Details are taken down, inputted and\/or submitted and\/or recorded in any way by you incorrectly, the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences of this of whatever nature and howsoever arising.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.5 If for any reason the Promoter is unable to contact a Prize Winner within fourteen (14) days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter) of the end of a Competition, or the Prize Winner fails for whatever reason to confirm acceptance of the Prize and\/or the Prize Winner is disqualified as a result of not complying with or contravening any of these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Winner hereby agrees that it will immediately, irrevocably and automatically forfeit the Prize and the Prize will remain in the possession and ownership of the Promoter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.6 Entrants who specifically consent to marketing communications will be entered onto the Promoter\u2019s database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their Competition, as well as any future promotions or Competitions offered by the Promoter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.7 The Promoter will draw a Prize Winner for each Competition at the end of the Promotion Period stated on the Website for that Competition. There will be no extensions to the Promotion Period (unless in exceptional circumstances which are beyond the control of the Promoter) and all prizes will be awarded in full regardless of the number of Entries for a Competition. The Promoter may bring a draw date forward if the maximum stated number of Entries has been received. In the event that the Promoter closes a Competition early, the Prize Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by the Promoter prior to the date of closure.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.8 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Competition at any time either before or after Entries have been sold. If a Competition is so cancelled, the Promoter will notify each Entrant at the email address they have provided and return any payment made by an Entrant by the same method as payment was made or provide them with a game credit if they so elect to enable them to replay an Entry in a subsequent Competition. Where a payment has been refunded, the Promoter will have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7 Prize Winner\u2019s Details<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        7.1 Each Prize Winner will be required to show documentary proof of their age (18+) and identification, prior to the receipt of a Prize. Any failure to meet this requirement may result in the Prize Winner being disqualified and the Promoter re-allocating the Prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        7.2 All Prize Winners will be asked for their consent by the Promoter to provide photographs and\/or pose for photographs and videos and have their personal details (including details of any Prize won by them) included in marketing material. If a Prize Winner consents to the above, the foregoing photographs, videos and marketing material may be used in future marketing and public relations by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and in identifying them as a Prize Winner of a Competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        7.3 Following receipt and verification of the details requested above by the Promoter and provided that the Prize Winner has satisfied these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Winners will be contacted, in order to make arrangements for delivery of the Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

        8 Competition Prizes<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        8.1 Details of each Prize can be found on the Website on the Competitions pages. No cash alternative to a Prize is available.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8.2 The Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize awarded after delivery to the Prize Winner has taken place. Once the Prize Winner has taken possession of the Prize, the Promoter will no longer be responsible for the Prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8.3 Delivery of the Prize to the Prize Winner\u2019s home address in the United Kingdom is free. The Promoter has a right to and\/or may charge the Prize Winner delivery fees if they require the Prize to be delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8.4 All Entrant expenses to collect the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize Winner is also responsible for all taxes, duties or charges in relation to receipt of the Prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8.5 The Prize Winner hereby agrees that all Prizes are subject to and are conditional on the terms and conditions of the Promoter, Prize provider, manufacturer and\/or supplier and\/or anyone that is involved in the provision or delivery of the Prize to the Prize Winner, as will be communicated to the Prize Winner prior to handover of the Prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8.6 Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts, including without limitation, any vouchers or offers of the Promoter or other Prize suppliers and\/or third parties.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8.7 The Promoter is not sponsored by, or endorsed in any way by, any of the Prize brands.<\/span><\/p>\n

        9 Prize Storage<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        The Promoter can store the chosen Prize free of charge for up to 30 days after notifying the Prize Winner, at the end of which time the Prize will be delivered to the Prize Winner. If the Prize needs to be stored by the Promoter for more than 30 days then this shall be at the entire cost of the Prize Winner where such reasonable cost will need to be paid by the Prize Winner to the Promoter before the Prize Winner receives the Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

        10 Winners\u2019 Personal Data<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        10.1 Subject to the Winner\u2019s consent, the Winner may be asked to have their photo and video taken by the Promoter for promotional purposes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        10.2 When entering a Competition, the Entrant will be asked to consent to use of their name, address, and\/or photograph or other likeness, as well as their appearance at publicity events without any additional compensation (save for reasonable travel expenses that are approved in writing in advance by the Promoter) and as required by the Promoter. An Entrant has the right to withhold consent to any of these uses of their Contact Details.<\/span><\/p>\n

        11 Limits of Liability<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        11.1 The Promoter makes or gives no representations and\/or warranties and\/or assurances of whatever nature and howsoever arising (and whether in writing or otherwise) as to the quality, suitability and\/or fitness for any particular purpose of any of the goods or services advertised, offered and\/or provided as Prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter and\/or for any fraudulent misrepresentations and\/or for any events and\/or circumstances to the extent that they cannot be excluded or limited by law. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the Prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, to any family\/persons accompanying the Prize Winner(s), or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by the Promoter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        11.2 The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to each Prize Winner shall be limited to the total value of each Prize that has been won by the relevant Prize Winner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        11.3 The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to you an Entrant shall (if you are not a Prize Winner) be limited to the amount that each Entrant has paid to enter the Competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        11.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall prevent you making claims to the extent that you are exercising your statutory rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

        12 Electronic Communications<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to award the Prize for a Competition to the correct Entrant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer related failure, or due to human error, the Prize is awarded incorrectly, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability and the Entrant that has been incorrectly awarded the Prize will immediately at the Entrant\u2019s own cost and expense return it to the Promoter and\/or pay the Promoter for that Prize (at the option of the Promoter). The Promoter shall not be liable for any economic and\/or other loss and\/or consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due to such persons. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the software and Website(s) used to operate its Competitions performs correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of doubt, only the entry recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated, shall be entered into the relevant Competition and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any Competition entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event.<\/span><\/p>\n

        13 Data Protection Notice<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be processed by the Promoter to administer the Competition and fulfil Prizes where applicable, as set out in the Privacy Policy on the Website. In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter\u2019s rights and\/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (iv) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (v) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime. In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data the Promoter may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

        14 Validation<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

        14.1 The Promoter hereby reserves the right not to deliver a Prize to a Prize Winner until it is satisfied that:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        • The Prize Winner has a validly registered Website account and\/or is not in breach of these terms and conditions<\/span><\/li>\n
        • any and\/or all amounts due or owing by you to the Promoter have been paid in full<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The age and identity of the Prize Winner and his or her entitlement to receive the Prize has been established to the Promoter\u2019s satisfaction (in particular, the Promoter reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity and not to award or deliver a Prize until it is satisfied that appropriate proof of age and identity documents have been provided).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          14.2 Without prejudice to Clause 13.1 above, the Promoter reserves the right not to award or deliver a Prize if it reasonably suspects the occurrence of fraud in relation to a Competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          14.3 The Promoter may, in its absolute and sole discretion, award or deliver a Prize to a person whom it is satisfied is the duly authorised representative of the Prize Winner acting under a lawfully executed power of attorney or other equivalent authorisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

          15 Your account<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

          15.1 You must keep your account password secure and private at all times and take steps to prevent it being used without your permission and prevent unauthorised access.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Memorise your password and never tell it to anyone<\/span><\/li>\n

          • Avoid using a common password instead use special characters, lowercase\/uppercase letters, random strings of letters and special characters<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Ensure that no-one else (apart from you) uses your account while you and\/or your devices are logged on to the Website (including by logging on to your devices through a mobile, Wi-Fi or shared access connection they are using)<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Log off or exit from your account when not using it<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Keep your password or other access information private<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            15.2 Your password and log in details are personal to you and should not be given to anyone else and\/or used to provide shared access e.g. over a network. You must use a password which is unique to your account and maintain good internet security.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            15.3 You must contact the Promoter immediately if you believe, suspect or know that anyone apart from you has used your account and\/or given any instruction in relation to it without your permission, or if you believe, suspect or know someone else knows your password.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            15.4 If you forget your password, you can reset it by following the instructions on the Website (as long as you can provide the relevant security information requested or required by the Promoter).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            15.5 The Promoter shall not be responsible and\/or liable for any and\/or all consequences arising out of and\/or relating to any and\/or all breaches of this rule 15 by you. Furthermore, the Promoter shall not in any event be responsible and\/or liable for any actions and\/or inactions that you may take and\/or consequences that you may suffer and\/or incur as a result of using and\/or in connection with the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

            16 Revised terms<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

            17 Payment Cancellations and Chargebacks<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

            17.1 If you dispute any payment made to us you shall contact us immediately to discuss repayment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            • In the event that you submit an unjustified chargeback (being a credit card or debit card chargeback) then the following shall be due and payable by you within 7 days for each and every chargeback<\/span><\/li>\n
            • The charges due and payable by you for any Competitions you entered in the period covered by the chargeback<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Such chargeback costs as are levied upon us by your bank or credit card company<\/span><\/li>\n
            • In our discretion, our reasonable costs and losses incurred in recovering the above-mentioned fees and charges including debt recovery costs, legal fees and debt collection costs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              17.2 If you notify your nominated bank (or building society) that your debit card has been used without your permission in relation to a Competition, and your nominated bank (or building society) asks the Promoter to return the relevant amount to your nominated bank (or building society) account, the Promoter may suspend your account and ask you to contact the Promoter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

              17.3 In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate your account and to restrict you from entering Competitions (whether by paying or for free).<\/span><\/p>\n

              18 Use of the Website<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n
